About CrossFit Sennestadt

CrossFit Sennestadt is a functional-fitness gym based in Bielefeld, in North Rhine-Westphalia. It runs CrossFit, a programme of constantly varied functional movements that brings together weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning. Sessions are typically delivered as a coached daily workout, so members follow a set piece of training under supervision rather than working through their own routine.

Alongside CrossFit, the gym offers functional fitness, which focuses on movements that carry over to everyday strength and general physical capacity. This style of training suits people who want to build practical fitness and work in a group setting, with coaching to guide technique and effort. Bielefeld has a good spread of options for this kind of training, and this is one of them. Details like pricing, class times and trial sessions are best confirmed with the gym directly.
