• Forms. When you claim a listing, contact us, or start a paid plan, we collect the details you enter (such as name, email, phone and your gym) so we can respond and provide the service.
• Payments. Paid plans are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Basic analytics. We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

To verify gym claims, reply to enquiries, deliver paid features, and keep listings accurate. We log enquiries to our operations system so nothing is missed.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we will action it.

Retention

We keep claim and enquiry records only as long as needed to run the directory and meet legal obligations.
